Aula is the Learning Experience Platform (LXP) for higher education. Our mission is to empower educators to make every learning experience truly engaging. I have led and coordinated all core design initiatives, including establishing our user research processes, establishing a consistent design system, improving cross-functional collaboration, and hiring to grow the team. This work has contributed to an increase of over 40% in the number of educators that are very satisfied with Aula.

Moteefe is an e-commerce platform that allows influencers and internet marketers to sell customised print-on-demand products through social media. I led the design for a variety of key areas, with a focus on product strategy, user research, our design system and large enterprise projects.

Zalando is Europe’s leading online fashion platform, with 22 million active customers in 17 countries. There I had a key role in all the projects of the Partnerships team, fulfilling the vision of delivering the most innovative and personalised experience for each individual shopper, as well as evolving Zalando’s design system for both business and consumer use cases.

CarTrawler is the world’s leading platform connecting customers and travel companies to car hire and ground transportation solutions. As the lead designer in the Strategic Business team, I took care of all the design efforts for CarTrawler’s most important commercial partners, including Europe’s largest airline, Ryanair.

I was a designer for the IBM Security product portfolio. This division of IBM helps companies establish a holistic and mature cybersecurity approach. What I did with my team is a combination of both vision/strategy work and more tactile Agile sprints. The activities I did here included user research, user experience design, visual design and user testing.
